Alex S.S. Chu
--Executive Director, Managing Director
Alex is the Executive Director and Managing Director of Expert Systems Limited. He is responsible for the overall business strategy and direction.
Alex has over 20 years of experience in IT industry & China business. During his 9 years with AST and the latest position as Managing Director of Asia region, AST became one of the largest PC vendors in Asia and was the market share leader in both Hong Kong and mainland China.
In 1994, Alex joined Dell Computer and was the National Sales Director of Dell Computer China/Hong Kong. In his span of 7 years with Dell, he successfully started up the Dell operations in Hong Kong & mainland China. With his tremendous experience in mainland China & IT industry, he has previously held various managerial positions at North 22 Group (now renamed as Netelusion Group) since 2001. He was the Senior Vice President of North22 Solution Division before he takes up the current position.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the United Kingdom.

Daniel C. K. Wong
--Executive Director, Head of Corporate Development
Daniel Wong is the Executive Director and focuses on the corporate development and operations, with more than 20 years of experience in IT industry.
Daniel began his career with DAW Computers Systems as a sales support engineer in China. Thereafter, at AST Research (F.E.) Limited, Daniel made AST number one foreign PC vendor for seven consecutive years through successfully establishing sales channels and service network across mainland China.
In 1998, Daniel co-founded ServiceOne Limited. With the joint effort paid by the team, ServiceOne became one of the largest independent service providers in China and consistently ranked amongst the top service partners.
Daniel graduated from the University of East Anglia, UK with a Bachelor of Science in Computing Studies

Andy W.K. Lau
--Executive Director, General Manager – Hong Kong & Macau
Andy is the Executive Director and General Manager responsible for the business in Hong Kong & Macau. He is focusing on the management of sales and major account development.
Andy has more than 15 years of sales experience in IT and Telecom industry. He left a local computer reseller and joined Dell Computer in 1996, over his 6 years spent in Dell, he successfully managed to develop a set of solid account base from global to local enterprises. His contribution to the business growth of Dell in Hong Kong was well recognized. The latest position in Dell was General Sales Manage for Hong Kong and Macau.
In 2002, Andy joined Hutchison Global Communications and responsible for the sales in public sector. He gained the tremendous experience of sales in Telecom services & solutions.
Andy graduated in University of Hong Kong and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science.

Terry, C. L. Mok
--Executive Director, Head of Service Business Division - PRC
Terry is the Executive Director and head of PRC Service Division. Terry oversees the business development and service operation in Vendor Services.
Terry has been in the IT industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a software engineer in DAW Computer Systems Ltd in 1984. He then joined Sun Hung Kai (China) Ltd as a service engineer in 1986. Later he joined AST Research (Far East) Ltd as a software specialist and in five years, became the Chief Representative of AST in mainland China. In 1995, he founded TLC Company Limited distributing Dell personal computers.
In 1998, Terry co-founded ServiceOne Limited with Daniel Wong. With his rich experience in PRC and excellent technology know how, ServiceOne was built on the information management systems & became the top tier IT service provider in the region.
Terry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Queen Mary College, London.

Katherine S. Y. Wong
--Senior Director, Head of Service Operation – Hong Kong
Katherine is the Senior Director focusing on the management of Service Operation in Hong Kong.
Katherine started her career in software development field in early 80s and has more than 20 years experience in various IT related industries. She was one of the key managers involved in the development of Legend Technology Limited and held the various senior positions during her services in Legend Group (now renamed as Lenovo Group), which is the company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Her rich experience in IT industry & China market is the essential element to be the supplement of our existing management team.
Katherine left Legend in 1997 and joined the group "North 22 Technology Services Group Limited" (now renamed as Netelusion Group) to become the manager in charge of the operation team prior her new assignment in ServiceOne Limited.
Katherine graduated from Zhu Hai College, Hong Kong, with Diploma in Computer Science.

Qing An, Zhu
--Director, Head of IMS Service Operation – PRC
QA is the Director and accountable for the overall management of IMS service deliverable in mainland China.
QA has over 20 years working experiences, he was the Lecturer in Electronic Engineering Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1983 to 1992. Afterward he joined AST Research Inc. and became one of the key management in the region. QA was in the position of Chief Representative of Wuhan Office and General Manager of East/Central Region before he founded ANFA Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd in 1998.
After he spent one & half years in Dell China as Marketing Manager. In 2001, QA decided to take up the position of General Manager - East China Region of North22 Solution Division and then became one of our key management team members in our group from there onward.
QA received his first Degree of Electronic and Communication in 1987, and completed his Advance Study course in Computer & Science Technology in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.

Anthony W.S. Cheuk
--Senior Manager – Finance & Business Administration
Anthony is the Senior Manager, and being responsible for the Treasury and Business Administration.
With over 28 years of experience in the finance & accounting field, Anthony is providing the strong support in the management team for planning & execution. He spent 4 years with Unique Shipping (H.K.) Limited and then 12 years in Wah Kwong Shipping before he joined Legend Group (now renamed as Lenovo Group), which is the company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Anthony was the Finance Manager of Legend Expert Systems and continued to be the Finance & Admin Manager after the company became the wholly owned subsidiary of North 22 Technology Services Group Limited.

Vianne K.W. Ng
--Senior Manager - Head of Management Information System
Vianne is our Senior Manager in charge of MIS department in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Vianne has more than 15 years of experience in software development field.
She started her career as Programmer after her first qualification obtained.With her continual education in Information Technology and Business Administration, she was the Senior System Analyst in supporting more than 40 oversea offices (including those in Mainland China) of Hong Kong Trade Development Council in computer related services. She joined our group in 2000 and became one of our key staffs in the management of information system and infrastructure in our organization. Under her leadership, the strong in-house information system development team and high performance IT infrastructure has been established in Mainland China & Hong Kong.
Vianne received the Diploma in Computer Science from Zhu Hai College in Hong Kong in 1989. She also holds her Bachelor Degree in Commercial Science Business Administration from Zhu Hai College and second Degree in Computer Science from Victoria University of Technology.
